I pill a 20 foot quad trailer with three large cc quads plus gear on it and my truck is having trouble kkeping up to speed with the load. What can i do other than plugs and wires.
also i have a K&N air filter and bosch 4+ spark plugs
the truck has 3.73 rear end
and i run penzoil synthetic oil

get the 44k fuel injector cleaner. WORKS!! upgrade to a cold air intake. also try an exhaust.

Really the only option you have right now is investing in a decent exhaust. after that your looking at spending quite a bit of cash. After an exhaust you could look at headers and a larger diameter throttle body. Nix the K&N filter for an entire kit (the AEM brute force intake kit is rather nice). You could also change your gears to taller ones(3.83's or 4.11's) but your going to sacrifice gas milage when you do.

Purchase some long tube headers for better low end,check on a programmer to tune all mod's for best performance!

Install an "Advanced Curb Kit" and long headers.
