You might try converting it to a diferent format ... depends on what format your camera saves it in. Here is a free and easy converter.

Also, as other answerers said, you can upload it onto a website like xdrive and let other people download it from there. My camera saves in .avi format, and even once I convert it to mpeg2 a two minutes clip is 25mb.

hey you could change the settings on your camera to take less quality video clips, other than that try using a program like divx to reduce size
