I tell u what. Try every other day eating something healthy.Say,today u eat fried food. Tomorrow eat, bake chicken and some string beans. You probably have to wean your self from the fried food & unhealthy foods. When u do eat fried food, try squezzing all the grease out. I know it sounds wierd. I do it.Like when I eat a pieace of fried chicken, from take out, take a napkin and squezze the chicken as hard as u can. You will see all the grease that comes out into the napkin.I do it. And I love fried food. Just eat something healthy every other day.

Don't bring the unhealthy stuff into the house in the first place. I have a similar problem with chocolate. And get a friend to help by nagging you.
If the problem- or attraction- is convenience, take a day to make up healthy snacks and meals, then freeze or otherwise store them. And when you get hungry, grab one of them.
Hang in there: If you eat healthy long enough, the craving for the unhealthy stuff will fade away.
Good luck!

What sort of stuff do you eat? The worst thing you can do is completely deprive yourself of stuff you like because you'll only crave it more. Its okay to have unhealthy stuff as long as its in moderation. Try to eat a healthy balanced diet. Try to make sure you get your 5 portions of fruit and veg a day and if there's a particular vice you have, e.g. chocolate or crisps then allow yourself to have it. Its not a problem unless thats all you have.

Most experts agree that the best way around this is to have a junk day- that is, let one day a week be for whatever you want to eat and the other six days stay healthy.
