Sounds nice. The most important thing is putting in stuff that she likes. In general, a non-traditional easter basket is a must. For example, many of the older people I know do not have much of a sweet tooth, or have trouble eating chewy candy, like caramel and jelly beans. Ok, a little candy, like a chocolate bunny, is really mandatory Easter fare, but it doesn't have to be the whole basket.

Fruit is always a good idea, easy to use mixes for muffins or scones (for extra points, look at fiber content), dates or dried fruit are also popular. Gardening supplies, like gloves and some seeds would be good. Activity books and reading material are good, too.
