Chemicals are the usual problem and of course this includes hormonal changes. You have probably noticed that cleaning with soap clears the tops of the pores and allows more oil to come thru... this needs to be cleaned again. The 3 main problems are acne, psorasis and ecema - the OTC medicines for each are inexpensive, try them 1 at a time about 4 days each. Acne may bother you for years. One general purpose medicine is anything containing sulfur in a creme base. It is great for huge numbers of human and animal problems. Next is an allergy - take one of the 2 main allergy medications for about 4 days each.
Finally - don't worry aboput it. Concern in healthy; worry is not.
Oddly, I have never worn sunscreen, nor been burned and I am out a lot - from Belize and the Gulf Coast. Although I do wear sunscreen at elevations above 9,000 feet.
Have fun and swing level, even, and hard. In practice switch hit to tighten you back muscles equally and prevent injuries.

Well could there be a possibility of some type of allergic reaction to a new sunscreen, face wash, laundry detergent, or moisturizer? If you have started using something new, discontinue it and see if your screen improves. If not I recommend getting a 30SPF and if you can find one that is for sensitive skin, it might improve the irritation you are having. Also, after you wash your face, make sure you put on some type of moisturizer, because apparently your skin is very dry. I would suggest trying some Cetaphil products because they are very gentle! Good Luck

For the type of sun-screen try a water proof one and get a pretty high SPF, but I know someone that has the same problem as you and its because he swims a lot in chlorine water (he's a swimmer) might this be the problem too? Or it could possibly be from changing your body climate. Staying inside for the majority of a week, then outside then inside, its not really healthy, you have to regulate.

You might have a heat rash... or an allergic reaction to something you're using on your face... or if you use a face wash with certain kinda of acids/products that can cause irritation to your skin from the heat/sun.
