How can I convert a .swf file to .mpeg?

I made a funny movie in Macromedia Flash (.swf is the export extention). How can I convert my Flash file to a .mpeg so I can post it on YouTube?

The .avi export function DO NOT WORK for some reason.

You can export it to .avi format from flash with the export option. Then use another program to convert .avi to .mpeg.
