where do you get forms for the local tax in denver?

im from boulder, and I worked part time last summer in denver. I know Boulder doesn't have a local tax but i noticed there was one from the place I worked at during the summer

you can check the library as we do get Tax forms from the libraries here in Ohio.

I'm not from Denver, but I'd suggest that you try your local post office.
