Lemonade, Raspberry Iced tea, or soda. And besides water, if you are going out to eat which one is the healthiest?

generally, soda has more sugar. and not just regular sugar. but that nasty high fructose corn syrup. if you want healthy, drink the ice tea. but add your own sugar or sweetener. or, better yet, add honey.

The soda probably has the most sugar, but it depends on who made the lemonade. I'd opt for the iced tea when I go out because I can control the sugar or sweetner ... unless I could get Diet Coke

soda probably has the most sugar, then the lemonade, and lastly the iced tea. Ice tea would be the healthiest.

Soda. Like the first guy said, high fructose corn syrup is nasty! Aviod that lol. Anyways If I were you I would strictly have green or black tea other then the rasberry iced tea. Do not add honey. Honey is a bad sugar and not healthy.

Iced tea would be much better. All I drink is water an occasional soda but water is what I most prefer.
