Sew in weaves aren't very damaging, but the glue can be really bad even when it's taken out properly. Same thing with fusion weaves, even though those are the top of the linenweaves.
True extensions, meaning braids, can help your hair out a lot since the hair takes a break from heat etc. But don't use cheap synthetic hair or it'll break your real hair off.

The glue could cause damage to your hair and skin problems (tested glue) Although it looks more natural. Braid your hair and add will grow your hair.Sewing it in is better. Make sure you tell the person it is to tight and if it hurts. STop. They have so many ways. A good stylist will tell you the truth if your hair is to thin, if u are on med could cause damage. There is always a price to pay to be more beautiful.

If you get bads one they will rip your hair out from the root. You should go to a high class salon if you want to get them because they will put them in so they wont damage. And buy your own hair look on line and find the nicest type you can because sometimes the bad hair will get all gross and tangled.

yes extentions damage ur hair...what it does it drys the hair,,, it blocks out makin it really hair for growin at a nice hair do...n can cause split ends...i have friends that use to tell me their hair grew w/ the extentions i asked my mom who is a beaution n she said no....later my friends lost their medium length hair to now short hari

clip in wont harm your hair in any respect and stitch in's wont the two stitch in's truly help hair develop you jus braid and stitch the weave contained in the braid truly basic yet get them professionaly executed if u do get it yet now in case you employ glue on your hair confident it is going to break your hair and make a number of your hair come out....sturdy success wish i helped

yes they do. You'll have split ends and you'll have some hair loss. Look at Britney! she had to shave it! hahaha. Anyway, it's ok to leave it for a month or for a vacation not longer

yes, but after putting them in, you wash your hair and grease it regularly so it wont get messed up, dry and flaky.

yea they take your hair out wen you take it out and you shud ask things like wud this be healthy for my hair and wat are the down sides to extentions
