If you are cool with having sex without a real committment then I think that it's cool. As long as both people are ok with that. If you start to develp feelings then you should talk to the person and let them know how you feel about them and tell them that you want more than just sex. Who knows? They may feel the same way about you. If they don't then you should probably just be friends and stop the "benefits" because you will read more into it than is really there. Don't want to get your hopes up and then be disappointed. I'm sure that you can find someone who will want you and only you if that is what you are looking for. Don't worry about it. I bet that you could get any guy that you want.

friends with benefits can only last so long, its only natural for at least one of the two of you to become attracted to each other more than just sex...
becoming that intimate with someone, on numourous occasions makes the friendship far more deep and you're bound to get attatched..
and then what will happen when the other friend decides theyr not happy with the "friends with benefits" set up an wants a steady relationship instead, with someone else?
whilst short term itd be fun :P, if you really want to keep this person as your friend long term, I'd explain to them what i've said here.

my ex had a friend and I am sure there were some benefits included in that package. Don't do it. You might not even have feelings for him ever, but when the other relationship gets stronger, he might tell her about you. Then where would you be? She could be crazy and want to hurt you.

friends with benefits really only benefits the guy. We're the ones that get all emotional, or get pregnant, and there are some STD's that sometimes only affect women.
When it comes down to it. Just go with having a relationship....trust me it's a bad idea and ruins friendships when sex is envolved.

Are you kidding! You let this guy use you and then he goes and is looking for the "right" girl to have a relationship with. Which I don't mean this to be cold, but that girl isn't you. You need to stop being physical with this person because he doesn't care for you and he wouldn't give a danm if he gave you an STD either. Never put yourself in a situation like that.

Friends with benefits won't benefit you at all. Apparently you already like him more than just "friends". He gets sex with no strings. What, exactly, are you getting? Where is your benefit?
Let's face it. When a man suggests that sort of arrangement, he is telling you quite frankly that you aren't good enough for him. Women who agree to this kind of arrangement have low self esteem.

This may sound odd., but I have experienced this, to only work one way. And I guess I don't think like the average woman, even though I am one. It has to be someone that you truly have no feelings whatsoever for. Has to be purely sexual attraction. Like you couldn't imagine spending your life with them . If you think you may like him more in any other way., then I wouldn't do it. Maybe you guys could date in the future., but if your friends with benefits now,. he will most likely only think of you in that way.

I have never known frienifits to turn out well. You might want to step back to friends since he's considering seeing someone else. (It's also a lot safer for your health that way.)

friends with benefits is like going into a whorehouse and getting a girl, except it's free. you shouldn't be having sex without love, otherwise he's just taking advantage of you or you're taking advantage of him.
