What exactly are the illegal aliens getting from the amnesty deal?
What is behind it? The illegal aliens come to these United States for the guaranteed work and to send the money back to Mexico for their families. If they are made legal, then it would be harder for them to gain employment. Last time that Amnesty was given there were only about 1/3 of the illegals who went for it..so 2/3rds were still here illegally after giving them this possibility...so if illegals don't want it, why?
What is behind it for Congress? There are already laws on the books that can be used to deal with illegal aliens and the border. Why not use them? Why more bureaucracy to make the process even more complicated for people and make it more desirable for them to break the law to get here to these United States?
I don't have to add what is it in for these United States middle and lower class. If you don't have millions of $$$ this will impact you to the point of economic disaster.

I am not saying that they should be rewarded. If you go into my back comments you will see that I feel that the law should be enforced and the illegal aliens should be sent back. What I am talking about is what CONGRESS is doing right now. Who is this benefiting? It has to be someone because the pure fact that Congress wouldn't be pursuing this unless it did.

WHO is getting anything out of the amnesty deal? IMO, it is the corporations. THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO ARE GETTING ANYTHING OUT OF IT, AND THEY ARE SELLING THESE UNITED STATES OUT TO GET IT!
How? Because the fact that they know that illegals don't want to be citizens of these United States...More illegal aliens, more people for them to work at slave wages.

The assault on our sovereignty, language, and culture, has occurred because our immigration laws are not being enforced! The Constitution states that the President of the United States "shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed." He has not and does not honor his oath to enforce our immigration laws, except selectively and narrowly for show!
"We The People" DEMAND that our government put the military on the border and enforce our immigration laws so that our children and grandchildren can grow up in an America that is fully assimilated. We want our Constitution, Bill of Rights, laws and sovereignty upheld. We want our American culture and English language honored, promoted and sustained.
Mr President, do your Constitutional duty, honor your oath of office and for the sake of our children and the preservation of our Republic, enforce our immgration laws and . . .
STOP THE INVASION!

honestly, i think that one of the reasons why alot of the illegal aliens dont go for the amnesty deal is that alot of them are in fact illiterate. Think about how they get into the country.
they may not be aware of these options
there's a reason why they came in illegally. Most poeple granted acceptance into the country are literate
America is very strict about their immigration laws. One who gets in legally can read write and speak English. Those who see America as nothing more than a way to make money for their families and sneak in canot do anhy of the above things. So it is not a suprise that they are unaware
also if they do happen to be able to read and write in English, they are probably too busy workig their butts off for such a meagre salary. dont have time or energy to go through the processes. Its an unfortunate cycle. If you have any objections to this idea please respond

I in essence, agree with your opinion. The "Illegal" influx provides vast and unchallenging hordes of folks that will work for cheap, not complain or sue when mistreated and not expect health coverage etc., mainly because they get it for free from the American tax payer.
They also don't have to buy insurance fro dringing, get a license and possibly don't even buy registration in some cases.
Ultimately the weatlhy factory/large corporations of American have put he onus on USA citizens to cover the costs of their illegal and destructive (to basically middleclass and poorer American citizens) labor force.
The illegals come, earn, send their money home mostly out of the US. They in return get regualr work, free healthcare, no costs of insurance/license/registration for driving and they merge into US neighborhoods and live in untold large numbers in homes tending to disrupt the well being of tax paying citizens.
When these illegals come here, frequently they are brought here by drug lords who also run boreder breaking gangs that run drugs on the backs of the illegals as they come into the country. The issue is not an issue of the people who are illegal particualarly but rather the wrong doing, crime an destruction that is done as a result of their being allowed to do this and come here in this way.
Illegals don't want to be citizens. They are proud to me from where the come from (mostly Mexico). They live in America like they live in Mexico. They know no better and don't really care to change.
To allow these illegal into the USA as citizens is not what they want. Why become legal and have to pay taxes, obey laws and fit in? It is easier and more financially efficient to be here illegally. To steal, rape rob and pillage from Americans, rather than to obey the laws and do things right.
If they were seriously interested in citizenship, they would come here legally.
Amnesty will make a mockery of American and it's values in so many wrong ways. If this happesn America will indeed be the biggest joke on the planet. The illegal will continue to come until the shining diamond of elegance and success has turned into a septic tank of poverty, disease, criminality, corruption and little or no oportunity for ANYONE.
The goose that laid the golden egg will be no more.
