Nice cup of camomile tea, redbush tea or lemon balm tea, with an interesting book, in a warm room. Some soft music as ambience maybe playing in the background. A companion by your side (pet/partner or both) and not letting thoughts dominate your mind. If you are finding it difficult to switch off then getting a partner to massage your shoulders could help. An Indian Head Massage is also very relaxing.

have a candlee lit bath with soft music, turn off all forms of communication then open a bottle of fine wine put the music on low, grab a hairbrush and sing into the mirror imagining you are world famous,

Comfy Clothes, OR if ur alone, or with ur girlfriend or wife, nude!!!!!! lol! Warm Relaxing bath with candles and lights off, eat Ice Cream while watching T.V., and Try Yoga.
