my ex as caught drunk drivng b4 christmas he was 3 times over the limit and crashed in to 2 parked cars no one was hurt,

he went to court on dec but he rescedualed it to the end of may the other day i was angry to find out he still has his job as a bus driver is this right i would have thought he would have lost that straight away(uk)

He's innocent until the court convicts him.

Once he's a convicted drunk driver, he'll probably lose his job.

Possibly his employer doesn't know of his wreck. In the states, usually a person must attend AA classes, and must get a special permit to be allowed to drive for a living. I don't know of the UK has a program like this or not. It sounds like you believe he has a serious drinking problem, and therefore should not be allowed to drive for a living, he may have to provide urine samples on a regular basis, to keep his job. There could be any number of reasons why he is employed, but I don't think you should be so vindictive about it, if you truly feel the public is in danger, then contact the employer, but you better have your facts straight, contacting someone's boss and accusing them of something they may not be doing could cause him much heartache, getting back at him for something he did to you is not the answer.
