my brother has kidney disease and he hasnt talked to me in over nearly a year, but if i matched his kidneys then id give it to him in a heart beat. i may not get along with him but i love him.

I guess if she has good reason to not talk to her brother...but if it were me i would give what ever they needed, no matter how much I disliked them. I had a friend in high school that died of luk. and he had a rare bone marrow type and there were so many drives to find anyone who had that type of marrow....It was really sad that no one, not even his family had the right type to save his life.....

Even if I had 100 other siblings that matched I still wouldn't refuse to help regardless if we speak or not.

NO! if it was my brother or sister even if i never talked to them i would help them!Thats the only thing you havve in the end, family. Maybe you dont get along now but you may become best friends in the long run.....you never know and i'll bet you that god made you the only one so you would do this and save their life! And imagane if you dont and she/he dies i bet in a few years you will miss him/her!!!! think about it

Personally, even if I did not like them , and we didn't get along, I would not/could not deny them life. So no I would not refuse.

Yes, I would refuse. Kidneys, too. And I wouldn't ask my siblings to do it for me, either.
