My dentist said that I have to pull my tooth next Tusday. I got a paper work and it says Surgical PM which I understand pulling tooth. and it will be $30 with my insurance but there is another one says Bone REPL G and it is $263. What is Bone REPL G an do I have to do that?

Surgical means not just "pulling" your tooth, but that they will likely have to cut into the soft and bony tissue to extract the tooth. Bone replacement graft- substitute bone (usually either synthetic, bovine/cow, or human) to fill in the empty spaces to help in healing to help ensure that you aren't left with any bony defects.
