Well Man, coming from a person who has many hardships and difficulties in there life, I would say there has been many times where I have been depressed and or down. The best way to find what is causing your depression is to discover the underlying cause, accept it and grow from it. I had to take medication at one point to help me because life was way overwhelming. I don't need the medication anymore because I have found the root of my depression and am somewhat strong enough to deal with it now. Tough times will always come our way we just need to accept the situation and grow from it not just get through it.
