i mean the specific equation for calculating enthalpy, entropy and other properties.not the general equation of state which i already knew but i do not know how to derive them for latter.so please help me for those of you who know them.

You cannot derive the thermodynamic properties of a real gas from first principles, that's why there are tabulated data on enthalpy, entropy, etc. There are a few equations of state you could use (with a grain of salt) to calculate them, such as Van Der Waals, Lee Kesler, etc, but they fail dramatically once you get into high pressure or low temperature regions.
