Noisy Onkyo CR0315DAB CD receiver.?

Question

When a CD plays, especially if the content is quiet, there is a persistant background noise similar to a motor running, However, if I remove the radio antenna, the noise changes to a whistle, but with the same oscillation.

Any help would be much appreciated

take it to a repairer and ask them to check the earth rectifier
