How about trying to encourage someone instead and get your head out of your a--?

Find a church and join a cell group that you feel comfortable with. Pray for God to bring the right friends across your path and take effort to interact with other Christians in the church or in group meetings to find Christian friends that you feel comfortable with and whom you can encourage and be encouraged by.

God does not throw us away just
because we are not perfect or because we have problems or challenges.
He watches over us and even brings others into our lives to help us
when
we are in need. Sometimes we are the blind horse being guided by God
and
those whom he places in our lives. Other times we are the guide horse,
helping others see God.

try christian chat rooms and forums, try to get involved with your local church or community group. A penpal or fone friend is often gr8 as they hav no gr8 perosnal influence on your life.
