Congrats, good on ya.
What events?Make sure you get a good warm up, stay hydrated, bring some snacks like a banana, nuts like that to keep something in your stomach but not too full, keep out of the weather, sun rain etc, conserve your energy, no fooling around/running around with friends, stay focused/ relaxed and use your experience that got you there, gear your competition in all rounds, don't conserve too much in prelims saving for finals , you may not make it if you conserve too much. Good luck, and tell us how you did after

Whatever got you to the state meet is working for you. Just don't think too hard about that, or anything else. Stay loose and keep doing what you're doing.

Oh, and if you drink soda pop, stop drinking soda pop. That stuff is nefarious.

If you are good enough to win every event an get to state, don't change anything. Stick with your normal routine. Treat state just like any other meet, after all it is just another meet.

practice, practice, practice, in all kinds of conditions. Remember to stretch and keep your muscles limber...remember to be hydrated...concentrate on you, not the other runners....depends what event you run as to any other advice.
