Why are there dwarf people who are just soooo short?

Because it's a disorder that strikes when they are in the womb, that is why they are dwarfs and short, they are still humans and would most likely to be upset with kids like you staring and gossiping

that's what a dwarf is...someone who is so short that they fit that category...a lot of times it is a medical disorder that stunts their leg growth..or other things just like that....
