My health insurance doesn't cover nexium, and I've tried zantac and the others but they don't work as well... Some of the pharmacies in India are selling boxes of nexium for $30. That's cheap! Is it worth it? Or will I get hauled off to jail?

It is not safe to do that. Also the US government is trying to crack down on oversea pharmacy. You can go to http://www.purplepill.com/ and look for a coupon. or Try Partnership for Prescription Assistance at https://www.pparx.org/Intro.php

Just get OTC Prilosec, the difference between them is miniscule.
