It all comes from us and our choice to eat of the Tree of knowledge of good and evil. That is why it is reffered to as ' the fall ' . God made a perfect world for us, we corrupted it.

But don't worry. Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done...He is going to take care of all this and restore His Kingdom here on earth.

Because if there really is a God, something is wrong with our God concept. Remember that our God concept came from ancient people who had a 99% illiteracy rate. To them God was a higher power (more powerful than them). World Governments and the News Media continue to turn a blind eye to the thousands of UFO reports from reliable Military and Airline pilots. If but one of them is correct and another civilization has the intellect to get to us while we can't get to them, then that is a higher power. According to today's God concept, God sees all the turmoil and violence because religions can't agree on God but, refuses to get involved. Over the centuries with new knowledge and understanding mankind has upgraded its beliefs regarding Medicine, Mathematics, Astronomy. Anthropology. etc, etc. Today we know that the story of Adam & Eve is not the word of God, because if members of the same family propagate, the children are always born with genetic defects. Yet some religions say to ignore that and believe that this is the word of God or be punished when you die. Mankind must upgrade its God Concept before we destroy ourselves because of it.

God allows suffering in this world because he wants us to really understand the difference between good and evil. It's one thing to be told over and over not to put your hand in the fire, but getting burned or seeing someone else get burned helps you really understand.

God knows all the rules we must follow to be happy, but that doesn't necessarily lead to us keeping those rules. Earth life is a school that can help us understand.

because he didn't want HIs children to be spoiled rotten brats. He wanted them to be able to appreciate all the good things that He will freely give us. We wouldn't have any conception of How great or Good or merciful a God He is if we didn't have to come down here and suffer thru all the bad.

Because He allows free will and doesn't make humans into puppets. The suffering is caused by humans(unless you mean illnesses which is just a part of life).

ck, first know that God cares greatly for humans and suffers when we suffer. Our suffering isnt because of God, but its because of Satan. When humans were first created, we became an issue in a power struggle between Satan and God. Why us? Well, we had freedom of choice, and we were specifically created with the desire to worship. Satan wanted that for himself and so challenged God's right to rule. If you look at what he said to Eve in the garden of Eden, he basically told her that she had the right to make moral and spiritual choices for herself outside of God's direction and guidance. Eve was deceived and convinced Adam to sin against God (even though Adam knew what he was doing.) Since then it has become up to every human being to decide who they want to worship, and if God steps in and takes away all the suffering Satan will accuse him of favoritism, like he did about Job. (If you read Job, you can see the back and forth between God and Satan over Job's integrity.) But soon God will step in and rid this world of Satan's rulership and bring righteousness and justice. We all look forward to that, dont we? :)

Satan is the god of this world. Satan is making his last all out effort to turn people against the true God by way of Religion (The lake of fire or torment), and the first horseman, Politics, or Law and Government. Satan cares not, who gets hurt in the aftermath.

God gave dominion over the earth to man, and man is the one that made a mess of it.
God is just and does not take back that which he has given, however if we pray and ask for his help he will give it, perhaps there is so much suffering in the world because, they do not believe in him and ask for his help.

God permits people to have a free will -therefore people choose to commit acts that cause suffering, usually for thier own gain.

But, God warns about this kind of behaviour and says that these acts will NOT go unpunished.

God doesn't exist. Simple as that. It's stupid to believe in God. It's like believing in Santa or the Tooth Fairy. Extremely retarded, and immature. Grow up.
