1. Gargle with lemon juice or antibacterial mouth wash
2. Drink warm milk or herbal tea with honey (or separetely the warm milk and the honey)
3. Drink many freshly squeezed orange juices for the vitamins
4. Take some throat pastilles

Gargle up your throat frequently with warm water mixed with a very little amount of salt (salty )..rest your throat by not talking too much and avoid shouting..avoid any cold fooding and drinking and hard foods which are difficult to swallow ..wait to see if you feel better..if not then consult a physician or ENT specialist if necessary.

gargle with warm water with white vinegar and salt in it. A sure cure.

Just warm water gargles.We don't add anything to it.
Take nothing that is sour. Or cold.
Drink warm water.
I drink tea with ginger and honey.
