I have a incense stick that is about 11in. any ideas?

does it matter if I use foil or not

Wrap foil around a HALF potato and stick them in.
or half an apple....etc The foil just keeps it neat and prevents you making a mess. You could just put half a potato on a plate.

Sometimes if I have a plant pot I stick an incense stick in the soil. Make sure it doesn't touch any of the plant or you'll find little burn holes in the leaves!
otherwise its worth investing in an incense holder, they're only about a quid a piece!

Hi for 2$ u can purchase a wooden (looks like a rular with a curved section on the end for the incense) bar.
Check stores that sell insence.

Lol some funny answers there. Anyway, I use as much sent-spray as I can then I run around killing them like I'm crazy, which makes good fun especially when you're husband gets home from work while you're doing this, talk about looking crazy! lol Honestly, the bug zapper things work well outside. Inside, keep it as clean as possible (I'm not saying that you're dirty! lol). Disinfect everything and use scent sprays, it seemed to help in our house.

burn a candle long enough to soften the wax. put the stick incense in, standing straight up.

you know how bolion cubes come in those super short glass jars? well set one of those on a plate and place your incense in the jar and let it burn

a bar of soap works good too. although the soap may get discolored.
