There is obviously an attraction here. The two of you seem to be eying each other a lot. He may have been taken aback that you were so forthright about your feelings. Most girls are not that way--that's not bad and actually a breadth of fresh air. Apparently your classmates have the inside scoop so you may be able to approach him and get him to open up a little. In a perfect world, you would be able to go up to him, kiss him on the cheek and say, "I just wanted to clear that up."

Don't mess around with a guy that has a girlfriend. Try not to think about him. It's not right for you to be tampering with something like that. Just keep an ear open, if you happen to hear that it didn't work out between them maybe you can make a move, but until then just back off of it.

hey i had the same exact story.. wel im an 8th grader..
and tehre was this guy i really liked..
He knew it too becaus eplp told him
he stared at me in class too.
and evryone told me he liked me
but he ahd a gf..
i just waited for a couple of weeks to pass adn as a result he dumped his gf and were going out..
turns out he didn eve like his gf..
noone did. she was an ugly slut and their relation ship had no menaing.
so you knwo just give it some time..
ask ppl to ask him
wat he would say if u asked him out..
to see wats goign on in his mind and evrryhitng.
try chatting to him on aim or myspace or soemthings so he gets to know you and like you more and stuff

Don't pressure him about it! If he's happy with his girlfriend, the last thing you should do is try to interefere. If he does like you more, he'll probably break up with her to be with you. This is completely his decision, though. The poor guy is probably rather confused at this point, so just let it be and just try to be friends.

If he really does like you and he has any integrity, he'll end his current relationship, but for your own sake, don't try to break them up. But don't count on this being the case. You might end up breaking your own heart.

wait until he doesn't have a girlfriend! how would you feel if you had a boyfriend, then a prettier girl comes along and poof your boyfriend is gone. plus, if he would leave his girlfriend for you, there's no guarantee he won't leave you for someone else later on.
