I recived a letter hear, one word was hear, I don't know. íàïècàëà, dose anyone know of this word? pls tell me

The person that sent the letter to me, is Russian I think. Would any one help me to understand this word, íàïècàëà in engish please. Thank you

In Russian it means "wrote" speaking about a female person. It can be combined with the 1st,2nd or 3rd person singular (I wrote, you wrote, she wrote).
