I met this guy on the net, we had been talking for 2-3 years now, and he thought i was older than i am, we fell in love, then i told him my real age, now he says he only loves me as a sister? why is this? why does he act diffrently now?

More details please. How much "younger" are you than you stated? I know how it is I've found out things like a girl was really a guy and so on. If you are serious about a relationship

Maybe because u were the only one to think u fell in love.It takes more then talking to someone online to really fall in love. You have to be with this person day to day to see what they are really like and to fall in love.Plus if u lied to him about your age then the whole relationship was based on a lie...So that might be why.

2-3 yrs? Well, I think you're not really in love yet. You have to get to know a person fully before falling in love & at least spend a considerable time with him in the "real" world. With love, age doesn't really matter. Or maybe you're too young (barely legal) that's why he said that.

anyone can fall out of love as quickly as they fell in...i guess he was either misleaded or you were misunderstood.....now that he knows your real age he might be uncomfortable and feel it best to be friends. alot of guys look at age as the base of a relationship so he might feel your too young

Because of your age and why did you lie to him that wasn't fair, perhaps he still wants to try to be friends so as to not hurt you, but this is probably hurting him too, he doesn't want to get in any trouble who does?

lying to someone is wrong and it's hard to trust anyone who lies so maybe he doen't trust you anymore and can't consider a serious relationship with you since you lied to him. also some people don't like to date someone too old or too young so their is prolly a big age difference.

he probley sees you as a sister because of your age.. he doesn't want to go to far on a realtionship that he sees as a brother and sister thing
