Luanda, after the war with all the poverty and the landmines left over. I'm not sure actually there must be many in Africa. Some parts of Johannesburg are very scary. And Asia must have its fair share too. Pity it can't be more balanced out.

i never was there. i feel amsterdam is high on the list. i also feel some cities in the far east are really shocking too.
