Tell her how proud you are of her and you're there for her through everything she has in store.
Also tell her you'll be there to take the baby off her hands while she has a kip! She'll appreciate that!

Even some thing so basic as "i'm sorry to your loss" could be an spectacular convenience to somebody who has in basic terms lost a puppy. We in basic terms lost considered one of ours 3 weeks in the past and receiving the sympathy playing cards from our canine-loving acquaintances replaced into in all possibility between the main healing acts of kindness we won. Write out of your coronary heart. Your pal will take excitement in which you're thinking of her in her time of loss.

Wether it was a planned/unplanned, wanted/unwanted pregnancy, always assume the best.
Congradulate her and offer any assistance if you can. Be excited for her! Tell her what a beautiful baby she has and what a great mom she is.
Take her some diapers and a caserole in a disposable dish.

Try Congratulations! I am so happy for you! Short, but sweet! You could also add, if you are so inclined. "If you need a night or day out, I will be happy to baby sit for a couple hours, no charge."
