Maybe you should show your brother that you can be just as annoying as him. I had the same problem with my brother. He was annoying me soo badly just until i showed him that i could annoy him too! then he just stopped! Maybe you should annoy him too and show him that when ever he's annoying you can be 2x's as worse as him.

There is no cure for that unfortunately. : ) I know how you feel, when you feel like chokeing the kid but know that you can't. I know the feeling. But recently I moved in with my grandparents. After awhile of peace, I kind of miss the guy. I love him, and you love your brother too deep down inside somewhere. : ) But I'm sorry there is no way to get your brother to stop anoying you. But if you find a way, let me know. : )

Is your brother older or younger? If he is younger, lock him outta the room you are in. If he is older, tell him how cool he is(even if you don't really think so) all the time and how you wish you could be so cool. These are not fool proof! Sibling rivalry is a natural part of life. Tie him to the washing machine and close the laundry room doors. Then put a chair against the laundry room doors and then go to the living room and turn up the TV really loud.
Leave him there for an hour or so.
Then pull the chair out and leave him in the living room while you go to your room to talk on the phone.
Then untie him and lock him in the bathroom.
Force him to say something like, "Yes, I stole from mom last weekend, okay?" and get it on tape.
Then black mail him so that everytime he does something annoying you threaten to share the tape with your mom.
If he's still annoying then sign him up for ballet or something...

The reason why your brother is annoying you is because he wants your attention. He wants you to spend some time with him and let him know that he still exists in your world. The more time you spend with him, the less annoying he will be. It will give both of you guys an opportunity to bond as siblings. I hope my advice helps you. Good luck.

He wants your attention.
Try to spend a little time with him
I know its hard. Even ifs its only 10 min.
Sit with him while he does his home work
or play a game with him
Or try this. Every time he starts to bug you say this
"Oh you just want a kiss don't you"?
grab him and give him a kiss on the cheek, then tell him every-time he bugs you he'll get a kiss on the cheek
