Nothing to your partner, if the person isn't behaving in a manner that would justify it. (Cheating, flirting with other people in front of you, etc.)
If you find yourself feeling jealous a lot you might want to ask yourself what specific situations or people seem to bring it out of you. Jealousy can sometimes be a cue to start on a little self-improvement. Whenever I feel jealous of someone with admirable qualities, I just try to emulate that person by developing that trait. It always works for me.

I find distraction and honesty is key - because without it you will focus and drive yourself crazy with insecurity and jealousy. Take up a hobby, keep yourself busy, and most importantly with your partner be open about your past and your insecurity. Make sure that they know it's not about them, your trust in them, or your lack of faith - but rather it's because of some dumba$$ before - that has hurt you ;)

When you start feeling jealous, think of the nice things your bf does for you, think about all the time he does spend with you.
He wouldn't do all those things if he didn't care for you. Realize that your relationship is just one aspect of his life. If he just paid attention to you, you would probably get sick of him pretty quick. : )
Think about how you have to interact with other males, and how you do not have romantic feelings for them. It is probably the same for him and girls.
Good luck! Don't feel bad about the jealousy, most people have it.

if u really love and care about ur girl, then have a lil faith in her, u have to trust her, jealousy will only show her that you don't trust her and that will just hurt her (or in some cases piss her off, either way its not good), so trust her, ya it's hard to be brave and base a relationship on trust, but if u really love her you have to get over ur fear of dissapointment and trust her and show her u trust her and love her. yep that's all i got.

The best thing to do is know if it's just a friendly jesture then you have to know that you are his sweetheart, but not saying anything will happen, but I he does lie or do somehting else than you have to be ready to forgive no matter what. Four keys to a healthy relationship
1.Love
2.Happyniess
3.Forgiveness
4.Being faithful to one another
Don't let simple things like jeaulosy stray you of your path of thee four keys.
