ok, so I like this guy...and a few weeks ago I was sitting in class talking to some of my friends and all of a sudden him and a bunch of his friends walk up to me and they say "he has something to say..." and then he said real quiet (his face was turning red) "i love you..." and I just sat there and said " what the hell?!" and they all walked back to thier seats and i was left dumbfounded and a little freaked out.
later on one of his freinds told me they didnt dare him to do it, he just got up and said it to try to make this guy that liked me that was sitting next to me at the time ticked off. and his freind also told me that right after he said that thing to me he said " i dunno why I just said that..."
wow. this dude is really hard to understand.
does he like me?! why would he say something like that?!
I asked him online but he never answered..
???
P.S, It was a bit of an awkward turnoff...ugh.

You like him.
He likes you, although his friends had to egg him on.
Your response was not quite what we guys dream of when we put ourselves out there, but that's up to you.
He doesn't know why he just said that because you responded with "what the hell" and he feels like a doofus.
If you're not into him, let it go. If you like him, seek him out and work it out.

Whatever the deal is with this boy, you probably should try to forget about it.
He sounds like he is too immature right now for any type of relationship. If he does have feelings for you, he doesn't have the courage to owe up to them. I would be nice to him and everything, but I wouldn't worry about him asking you out or anything. It sounds like he is not going to make a formal move.

I think the way u described it, he does like you and probably
is a little shy to say something to u by himself that is y his friends were with him when he said it. Don't pressure him to respond to u cause he is very embarrassed about the whole thing. If u like him too it u will talk to each other soon. He will come around to say something about the whole thing
when he is less embarrassed!

You can tell who all the girls and guys here are. The girls all say: "He LIKES you!!! Go get your man!!!" and the rest of guys here are laughing our ****'s off at you girls because we all know IT WAS A DARE! We dare guys to go up to ugly girls all the time and asked them out, say we love them, just so we can all have a laugh.
If he blushed - it was NOT because he really like you - it's because he was embaressed to have to do this dare in front of everyone. No one's going to be embaressed or ashamed to go up to a gorgeous girl and say "I love you".

I think Bill said it best - I mean, he said it in front of others, and this isn't an easy thing to do and then you said what you said - of course he didn't respond when you texted him or IMed him about it. The guy's probably a bit put off himself.

Forget about love. If you guys are feelin each other, ask him to meet you at a game or school event and hang out with each other. Don't worry so much about the words, focus on the actions.

i think that u r falling for him... he's a bit shy that's all. go and ask him if he loves u... dont make him embarassed. dont come to the point quickly, tell him something else. then in the conversation u just ask him....but he likes u.

.i think he does like you. and if he really didn't he wouldn't have said that. the fact that he might get beat up for making the other guy jealous proves that he really likes you.
