Released............ go to the DOC________ your state, and it should give a release date. State differ on their DOC web sites. And it should also give you their prior convictions.

If there is a published date of release you can go on-line to either Bureau Of Prisons (Federal); Dep't Of Corrections (and the state name); also any state agency empowered with investigating office holders, sworn state personnel. In Florida it is the Florida Dep't Of Law Enforcement (FDLE); in Georgia it's the GBI. In all cases follow on-screen directions and know as many vital statistics for the person you can muster. All have search engines when youy don't have complete info.
