my scalp burns and i always wanted to put cold water on it ... what does scalp burns means.

I don't know myself. I got scalp burns from putting relaxers in my hair. I still was able to wash my hair, but I had to be very careful in brushing and combing my hair, because my scalp was so tender.
Anyways, I suggest going to a doctor. She or he will be able to help you.

dont apply water...
instead, keep it dry.... it'll be cured within 3days...
