Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle are the two official residences of the Queen in England. There are other residences which aren't classed as official including Frogmore which is in the grounds of Windsor, Sandringham in Norfolk, Kensington Palace which is a royal residence, and St James' Palace which is the senior palace of the Sovereign (i.e. Queen). There are other royal residences such as Clarance House which is the official residence of Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles (the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall) and there are reisences outside England such as Balmoral in Scotland.

Balmoral Castle and Buckingham palace are the Queens residence. The River Clyde is in Scotland, Glasgow, i think. I think you mean the Isle of Arran for your wool.
