I don't have to be sitting very long for my foot to fall asleep- usually even without my notice until I get up. It's incredibly painful for me and I have to run around for over 10 minutes sometimes to restore normal feeling in my feet. Sometimes when my feet fall alseep I cannot even feel the floor under them. What can I do to "wake my feet up" more quickly?

That's interesting Whitney, because my mom has Restless Legs Syndrome.

It's a bit hard to wake your foot up most of the time, but i noticed you said you dont have to sit very long for it to fall asleep, it doesn't really matter how long you stay sat down because your foot tends to fall asleep because you're putting pressure on a nerve in your foot. Also, you may have Restless-Leg Syndrome because from what i've read that is what it sounds like because it shouldnt take that long to get the circulation back in your feet i suggest you go to a doctor soon.

I see, you probably have Restless-Leg Syndrome then. But like i said you may want to still go to the doctor and make sure but i wish you luck and hopefully everything goes alright.

I'd make an appointment with your doctor. You have poor circulation to your foot. This isn't normal.

just let it sit or hit it [not hard tho] to get the circulation going again
