Of the spies sent, only Josh and Caleb said we can do it, the Lord said we can do it.
They were of faith, they believed God. The others did not.

So, then the answer is Both of them.

Caleb was one of Joshua's generals, it was he who ordered the sun to continue, after Joshua had ordered it to stop for a day and then had forgotten. Caleb remembered and ordered the sun to resume; otherwise who knows what would have happened.
