What you can do is get him out of your life. You guys have obivously spent enough time together for him to "love" you and all the while he has had a gilrfriend. This is not a man you should want to be with! If he really loved you, then he wouldn't still have a girlfriend.

You can't do anything. He has to make changes first. If he wants to be with you, he has to break up with his girlfriend first. He should then wait a while (out of respect for your reputation and his ex) then he should ask you out. I think two weeks is long enough.
If you start going out right after he breaks up with her, people will think he was cheating on her with you.
You DO NOT want to have a secret relationship with him while he is still with the other girl. It will make you feel terrible and cheap and he won't have full respect for you, no matter how romantic it may sound.

If he has a girlfriend, he doesn't really love either of you. It seems like he has no respect for either of you and just wants what he can get. Leave the bastard on the side of the street, where he belongs!

He is trouble.
Believe me.
If he has a girlfriend he shouldn't be telling another girl he loves her.
I've known guys like that and they are just players.
If he loves you he shouldn't be with her. If he loves both of you he needs to decide who he wants to be with and not bother the other girl.
Stay away from this guy - he sounds like trouble!

There is nothing you can do. He needs to do the work. He needs to break it off with her. He should not be involved with someone else if he has feelings for you. It isn't fair for any of you. You really cannot do anything but wait it out or mover on.
