I have a Mercury Classic Cam and it won't recognize it. The help section is very simplistic and uninformative, and won't tell me exactly what to download in order for my camera to work with PhotoSuite. It says something about downloading a TWAIN/WIA driver, and I have no clue whatsoever what that means. I've been to many sites trying to work this out and I'm completely STUCK.
WHAT DO I DO?

Okay, thanks people.
There's pretty much no hope of this program working with my camera, I'll try what was suggested.
The weird thing is that it worked for my dad when he first installed it.

I got Photo Suite as one of the soft wares packaged with my scanner and I found very good for scanned photos. However it did not recognise my camera and I simply started to use the free version of Adobe Photoshop.
Don't lose any sleep over it, just switch.
