coriander, a good sprinkle of paprika for a bit of colour, and a sprinkle of cajun spice for a spicy finish.

Yep I was going for the slightly sweet tip too - a little nutmeg works wonders on squash and sweet potato- never tried it on celeriac but don't see why it wouldn't go. When you put the veggies in put in a whole bulb of garlic, skin on too - when it's done squeese the mushy, sweet, roast garlic either directly onto the veggies or into whtever sauce you are serving - delicious!

Depends on if you want to go sweeter or savory.
Some rubbed sage, good olive oil, salt and pepper will accompany all nicely if you prefer earthy and aromatic. Some roasted Garlic cloves added would also be nice...
Or you could always go with a pumpkin pie spice type rub or spice mixture? It's a matter of preference really.
I would go with the sage myself...
You could also go with roasted onions and fennel. That would be yummy too. Deglaze the pan with a little sugar and some really good balsamic vinegar.

nutmeg goes well with squash and potatoes. I like rosemary with most all veggies and the mention of thyme sounds good. I think though I'd go for some nutmeg and sage

nutmeg, definetly, i would also recommend tyme because of its woodsy aroma and taste, itll give the vegetables an even better roasted flavor and they will taste amazing.

if you are roasting all of them together i would add just a hint of cinnamon......donot let the cinnamon overpower your flavors just enough to give a faint distinction......i make a stew that i add cinnamon to and its out of this world everyone wants to know what i added......
