The Jackhammer is a 22" sub designed by MTX to be the "most massive subwoofer ever created." Its main purpose is competition sound systems and bragging rights. Since MTX recommends a 3000-6000 watts RMS amplifier to run one subwoofer, it's pretty impractical for anyone who prefers to remain inside the vehicle while listening to the music.

It's the most worthless subwoofer ever made. With the power necessary to run that thing, you can install a multiple-subwoofer system that will blow it away.

Your uncel got one? Is he going to competitions for SPL or SQ (SQL - that's retarded)? Unless he bought it for comp, he wasted his money.
He's gonna need some power...

Oh yeah, if your uncle got one then you ALREADY know what it is.
