You're unlikely to get a totally accurate answer, but if you add the population of Africa with the population of South and Central America (including the Caribbean), the Black, Hispanic, and about 10% of the white population of the U.S. with the Black population of Western European countries youd have a general estimate of people who are all or some-what descended from "modern" Africa.

Why exactly you'd really need this, on the other hand, I'm not sure.

Well - if you believe that the first humans came from Africa (i.e., Lucy) - then everyone in the world is of African decent.
