first take a Epsom salt water bath as hot as you can stand it. Do some stretching exercises to get the muscles warmed up again, it will go away soon. You need to just keep taking little breaks stretching, even just trying a short walk to get the blood flowing to all of your muscles again will work....also Hydrate, drink as much water as you can stand that always works and have a really healthy lunch. I used to weight lift, it always helps.

Sore...
Soar is when your flying
Get a massage and take a hot bath
hot water relaxes muslces
(...since when did water help lactic acid buildup? just a few minutes rest should get rid of that. lactic acid makes you feel tired not sore)
