I'm the kind of person that has a really pretty face, but a big nose(I swear it was due to chernobyl). It also makes me look more mature from the sides and is not very asymetric at the bottom becuase I got it cut open as a child(3 year olds and small objects don't mix). So I've always wanted a nose job to help me feel more pretty but have been afraid to do it becuase I thought guys wouldn't want to be with me because they would think I was fake or high maintanice. Would a guy not want to be with me because part of my outer beauty is...surgacially achieved? I feel that you only life once so if you want to do something you should just do it....but I don't forever want to be labeled as fake becuase of this....

I am not a guy, but if the guy doesn't no what matters... If YOU want to do it to make YOURSELF more confident. Then I think YOU should do it. On the other hand, if a guy likes you for who you are not what you look like, he is a keeper anyways.

no. coz if i love the girl, i wont see to her that im affected to that little matter. Guys dont look actually on the physical appearance of a girl. We first notice how she talk and wear dress appropriately.

no, if it makes u look better why would i be turned off. unless the surgery somehow makes u look like mj than thats another story. bottom line, do it because u want to, and not what other ppl say.

Yes, I would. I think that it's fake and a "cover-up." I think they should be happy with who they are and not who they want to be.
