ok, first go out and buy a deep conditioner. A really good one is Garnier Fructis. Also get a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner for every day use.
Get your hair trimmed regularly. STOP using the iron so much! Maybe on weekends, just put your hair up in a ponytail? It will help.
But when you do use your iron, make sure there is product in your hair. That way, the iron will only burn off the product, instead of your hair. If you want to spend a lot on a good product, biosilk is pretty good (in salons) But, if you don't want to spend that much, there are plenty of products just as good for a LOT cheaper.
Try to stay away from any and all hair gel and hairspray that has alcohol in it. That will dry your hair even more. Try to not brush your hair while it's wet. And make sure when you do use your iron, your hair is completely dry.
Good luck, I hope this helps!

Ok get your dead ends cutten off first, then ask your stylist which shampoo and conditioner should you use becuase i could reccomend you one but it might not work for your hair type. But you should deep condition it once a week heres a homemade recipe that works really well. Remember if you use too much products it will dry out your hair more, its better to use homemade products.
Avocado Deep Conditioner
Ingredients:
1 small jar of mayonnaise
1/2 avocado
Directions:
Peel avocado and remove pit. Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl with your hands until it's a consistent green color. Smooth into hair being careful to work it to the ends. Use shower cap or plastic wrap to seal body heat in. Leave on hair for 20 minutes. For deeper conditioning wrap a hot, damp towel around your head over the plastic, or use a hair dryer set to a low to medium heat setting.
Look for shampoos that contain natural humectants will work together will your natural oils, to restore your hair’s moisture level. Treatment conditioners that contain wheat, rice or corn proteins will repair damaged cuticles, improve porosity, elasticity and general health and appearance of your hair.
Here are some more homeade recipes:
1.) Mix 1 tablespoon Honey and any type of vegetable oil. Distribute mixture evenly all over the hair.
2.) Coat dry hair with mayonnaise, once finished cover with a plastic shower cap and leave on for 10-20 minutes.
3.) Apply olive oil all over your hair. Cover with a plastic bag and let it stay for 20 minutes. For extra conditioning take a warm shower while waiting. The heat will help the oil work to its maximum potential.
4.) Beat one egg, add 3 tablespoons of water and apply to scalp and hair.
Once you are done waiting for the natural ingredients to work their magic wash, rinse, and style hair as usual.
