It's your heater, take it back!
How old are your siblings? If they are 10, 12, even 14 I would not want the heater in their room for safety's sake. If your rooms connect you could leave the heater in your room and the doors open so the heat can go into their rooms, but it;'s your heater, you should be able to use it when you want to.
Offer to let them just he heater until bedtime, then take it into your room for ovenight, or close it in your closet so they can't take it.
Yes, they are being rude, how would they like it if you went in and took their...computer, or their stereo, or their TV?

Talk to your parents about this. Of course if you paid for this heater with your own money they shouldn't be "borrowing" it. I've had the same problem with my sister who saw nothing wrong with borrowing something permanently. I do hate to think of your siblings being cold, but after all they must respect your rights and your property. Maybe you can suggest to your parents to buy them their own heater? That is their responsibility. Of course you could make a gift to them of the heater(if you can afford to)and buy yourself a new one. Just be careful as heaters can cause fires if not properly used.

They are not respecting you by taking it out of your room, so why should you be worried about waking them up? I would go in and make as much noise to wake them up everytime they do this. If they complain to your parents tell them to buy a heater for them or they can go buy their own.

I can understand what you are saying, but do you think it is possible resolve the solution with getting another heater? If you can't afford it right now, just go in and bunk down with your sister and brother so you all can be warm during the night.

Put your name on it with a big magic marker. Then tell them, look I bought this for myself with my own money. Quit taking it away from me and go buy your own. You both are being completely rude and disrespectful toward me and I want it to stop because I don't treat you like that. Be fair!
It is OKAY to stand up for yourself. They do it because they know that you won't do anything about it. Surprise them.

First ask them not to take it.
If they don't respect you enough to ask if they can use your heater, I wouldn't worry about waking them up and getting it. After all, you bought it for you to use.

I'd just buy another one and let them keep yours...no one should be cold when they sleep. Shame on your parents for not buying all of you heaters.

If it is indeed yours, I'd go in their room and take it back. I wouldn't care about waking them up or invading their privacy. They invaded yours when they went into your room.
