You could have a circle time session, perhaps after they've had an outdoor play. Use two puppets, make one shy and hiding. Tell the children that it's very scared, so they need to be very quiet so that it'll come out from behind your back. Have it whisper in your ear. Tell the children that the puppet has had a sad time in the playground, another puppet was nasty and said some unkind things to it, or wouldn't let it play. Ask the children to tell you about the things that make them feel sad, carry along those lines, then produce the other puppet, explain that it has made the other puppet sad. The other puppet tells you that it's really sorry that puppet number one is sad and it wants to make the first puppet feel better. Get the children to advise puppet number two of ways that it could cheer the other one up, perhaps being kind, playing nicely next time, being gentle, let the children tell you. Get the puppet to say sorry to the first one, adding the ideas that the children have come up with, children come up with brilliant suggestions and learn lots from this type of circle time.

check with your local librarian or go to your library online and put in subject : bully. Librarians in children's libaries are almost always very very helpful because they love children and are very atune to their needs and books for appropriate age levels. Often in a story like this, they will use animals as characters like Clifford the Big Red Dog, a good one would be to find Berenstain Bears paperback books, and you miht have to read the book and then sort of use 3 year old words, but each and everyone of these paper back books teaches a lesson. try going on ebay and doing a search for these books or go to alibris.com and search, then you can see what you want and find it. email me if needed. If you are the animated type as I am, be a story teller like this : "Have any of you children ever had someone be mean to you " Make sure they raise hands so it doesn't get out of control. Let a couple of them tell their story because then they will clue you in to their level of aggravation with this, like siblings for sure. Then kind of role play with them what could change. They have to see that they too are mean sometimes and how could they change. I FOUND IT, THE BERENSTAIN BEARS AND THE BULLY. PAPERBACK .

I presume you mean 'college' - 'collage' work is something entirely diffeent.
Re. bullying, keep it real; children of this age group are still very much egocentric; one way to approach the subject is via traditional tales. For instance explore why the children think Cinderella's sisters are so horrible towards her.

once apon a time there was a little boy called william. William was a very good little boy who had lots of friends but there was another bigboy called Thomas who was always being mean to the other children especially william. He was always pushing william and calling him horrible names and it was hurting williams feelings. So william went to his teacher and told his teacher about all the mean things that thomas was saying and doing to him. Then when the teacher saw thomas Bullying william at lunchtime she took him inside and said...All these mean things youare doing to William is naughtey and it is called bullying. Bullying is very naughtey and thomas got into lots of trouble for it. If you are being bullyed you must tell an adult you mustn't live in pain:)
