I bought a kit from Walgreens that had the mouth trays. It was really easy to mold them to my teeth, and the bleach really whitened my teeth. You have to be careful when you pull the trays from the hot water to make sure that the edges don't touch one another, because if they do, they stick together.

I still use the trays occasionally, but I've been just putting a dab of the bleach gel on my toothbrush each morning when I brush and it keeps them white.

I use Dr. George's Dental White.

Not best will lemon juice now not whiten your enamel however the acid within the lemon juice will erode your teeth inflicting the dentin to exhibit via and your enamel to look darker. Don't do that, believe me, it is a unhealthy concept. You can seriously harm your enamel and turn out to be wanting restorative beauty paintings performed on them. Buy whitestrips on the drug retailer or ask your dentist approximately reliable whitening.
