If you go to your local newspaper, monster.com or any 'job' site, there's always a place to upload your resume. At least then, It's on line and you can access it and forward to someone. Usually, I use a job site to apply to a position. Even your local newspaper should have an upload for it and then when you find a job - you just hit the "apply" button and it will forward your resume.

Claims that employers look on it everyday.
